Amazon
Connect an Amazon Seller Central account through Amazon's authorization screen. Qubit imports orders and product listings for reporting. The connector reads data; it does not edit listings, prices, or orders.
Amazon is included in your Qubit plan with no separate Amazon connector charge. Your plan's connection, storage, and usage limits still apply.
Before you start
- Use an Amazon account with permission to authorize applications for your seller business.
- Sign in to Qubit and choose the workspace that should receive the data.
- Allow Qubit to open a new browser tab for Amazon authorization.
You do not need to register as an Amazon developer or give Qubit your Amazon password, client secret, or refresh token.
Connect from Qubit
- Open Data Catalog, add a data source, and choose Amazon.
- Enter a connection name and choose your Seller Central marketplace, such as Saudi Arabia.
- Click Connect and approve the requested access on Amazon's website.
- Return to Qubit and confirm the authorized Amazon store.
- Optionally choose Sync orders since, then choose a sync schedule and click Create.
Connect from the Selling Partner Appstore
When Qubit's listing is available, choose Authorize Now on Amazon. If Amazon sends you to Qubit, sign in, choose your workspace, and select Continue with Amazon. Choose the marketplace in the connection form and click Connect to complete Amazon's confirmation. Return to the form and click Create to save the connection.
If authorization expires, restart from Qubit or Amazon. If a browser prevents the authorization tab from closing, finish creating the connection in that tab.
Data and refreshes
The connector imports order, fulfillment, proceeds, promotion, tax, and product-listing information supported by the approved API roles. Production order requests do not request the buyer or recipient detail sets. Available records depend on your seller permissions, marketplace, and Amazon's API coverage.
Reports reflect the latest successful sync, rather than real-time changes in Seller Central. Check the connection's status and last successful sync before relying on a report. Failed or incomplete syncs can leave older results visible.
Disconnect, revoke access, and request deletion
- Remove the connection from Qubit's Data Catalog to deactivate it and initiate synchronization and warehouse cleanup.
- Revoke Qubit's authorization in Seller Central's app-management area to withdraw Amazon access separately.
- Removing an Amazon connection clears its stored connection configuration and schedule. It does not immediately erase every retained copy: failed pipeline or warehouse cleanup may need follow-up, and saved reports or conversations can still contain previously retrieved results. Email [email protected] to request deletion of retained Amazon information. Include your workspace and connection name, but never include tokens or passwords.
For connection problems, email [email protected] or [email protected] with the marketplace, error message, and approximate time. See Contacting support and the Privacy Policy.
