Brand Studio

Brand Studio applies your organization's logo, colors, fonts, and wording to the PowerPoint reports Qubit generates. Open it from the Branding tab, under Customization in the workspace settings. Owners and admins can save changes.

The Branding tab

The tab summarizes the current brand: whether it is on or off, the colors, the typography, the template, and the slide footer. Click Open Brand Studio to edit it.

Brand Studio shows the settings on one side and a live preview of the cover, content, chart, and closing slides on the other.

Turn the brand on or off

Apply brand to reports and dashboard controls whether your identity is used. When it is on, generated PowerPoint reports and this workspace's dashboard use your brand. When it is off, both keep the default Qubit design.

Brand settings

  • Logo: upload a PNG, JPG, or WebP file up to 5 MB. It appears on the report cover and closing slide.
  • Colors: set the Primary, Secondary, and Background colors, or pick one of the Quick palettes. After you upload a logo, From your logo: shows colors taken from it. Click one to use it as the primary color. The Chart palette is derived from your primary color, and Qubit picks the text color on your primary color automatically so it stays readable.
  • Typography: Thmanyah is the Qubit default. You can choose another font, including Arabic-capable fonts such as Cairo, Tajawal, Almarai, and IBM Plex Sans Arabic. You can also set an optional display face for slide titles and large figures.
  • Template: choose Qubit, Grid, Signal, Editorial, or Contour.
  • Names & taglines: set the Organization name, the Slide footer that replaces "Powered by Qubit" on content slides, and closing taglines in English and Arabic. A small "Powered by Qubit" credit stays on the closing slide.

Save or discard changes

  • Click Save Changes to apply your changes.
  • Click Cancel to close without saving. Qubit asks before it discards unsaved changes.
  • Click Reset to Qubit defaults to return every setting to the default. Your logo stays until you remove it.

Logo uploads and removals take effect right away and do not wait for Save Changes.
