TikTok Ads

Connect a TikTok advertiser account by signing in with TikTok. Qubit syncs your campaigns, ads, and their daily performance.

Before you start

  • Use a TikTok for Business login that has access to the advertiser account.
  • Allow pop-ups for Qubit in your browser. TikTok's sign-in opens in a new tab.

Connect TikTok Ads

  1. Open Data Catalog from the sidebar, click Add Data, then choose Connect a database.
  2. On the New Data Source page, click TikTok Ads. It is under Paid Marketing.
  3. Enter a Connection Name.
  4. Next to TikTok Ads, click Connect. Sign in with TikTok in the new tab and approve access for Qubit. The tab closes when you are done.
  5. In TikTok advertiser account, choose the advertiser account to sync. Each connection syncs one advertiser account.
  6. Set Start Date. Daily performance is synced from this date. It defaults to 30 days ago; earlier dates make the sync slower.
  7. Choose a Sync Schedule. The default is Daily.
  8. Click Create.

After you connect

Qubit starts the first sync and takes you to the Data Catalog. Ad platforms report performance one day at a time, so the first sync can take a while. If you open the connection before it finishes, you see First sync in progress, and the tables appear when the sync completes.

After a sync completes, Qubit also adds the account's daily spend, impressions, clicks, and conversions to a shared connection named Marketing Performance. It combines all your connected ad platforms so you can compare them side by side.

Troubleshooting

  • If no advertiser accounts are offered after you sign in, the TikTok login has no access to one. Ask the account owner in TikTok Business Center to give it access, then connect again.
  • If the sign-in tab closes before you finish, or your browser blocks it, allow pop-ups for Qubit and click Connect again.
