Exporting results

Location Intelligence has one export: the Expansion ranking of districts, as an Excel file. Everything else stays in the workspace, where the rest of your team can open it.

Export the expansion ranking

  1. Open Find next.
  2. If the Expansion ranking at the bottom of the screen is collapsed, click its header to open it.
  3. Set the search, City, and area type filters you want in the file. In the Table view, click a column heading to set the order.
  4. Click the download button in the ranking's header. Its tooltip reads Export to Excel.

The file downloads as location-suitability- followed by the date, with the .xlsx extension. It holds one sheet with a row per district and these columns:

  • Rank and area name.
  • Fit score, from 0 to 100.
  • The six criteria: Demand, Purchasing power, Demographics, Competition, Land price, and Room to grow. These are the raw values, such as the number of competitors and the land price in SAR per square metre.
  • Area type: New areas, Room for another, or Well served.

The file includes every district that matches your filters, including districts you have not scrolled to yet. Column headings follow the language you are using in Qubit.

Sharing the rest of your work

Site assessments, catchments, branch overlap, the map view, and the AI expansion strategy cannot be exported or downloaded.

Branches, competitors, and saved sites belong to the workspace. Other members of the workspace who open Location Intelligence see the same branches in Network, the same saved competitors in Market, and the same sites in Shortlist. They can open any saved site to see its assessment, which runs again with current data.

The AI expansion strategy is created when you click Generate strategy and is not saved. After you reload the page, generate it again to see it.
