Sign in and first steps

This page covers creating a Qubit account, verifying your email address, and signing in for the first time.

1. Create your account

If a colleague invited you to their workspace, use the link in the invitation email. It takes you to the right page with your email address already filled in. Accounts created from an invitation don't need a separate email verification, and you join the workspace as soon as you finish.

To create an account without an invitation:

  1. Go to qubit.sa and click Sign in.
  2. Under the sign-in form, click Sign up.
  3. Choose Individual or Organization. If you choose Organization, enter your Organization name. It becomes the name of your workspace.
  4. Enter your Name, E-mail, Phone Number, Password, and Confirm Password. The password must be at least 8 characters.
  5. Click Create Account.

You can also use Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft. If no Qubit account exists for that email address yet, Qubit takes you to the sign-up form with the address filled in.

2. Verify your email

Qubit asks you to verify your email address before you can sign in with a password.

  1. Open the email from Qubit titled "Verify your email address". The email is in the language the site was set to when you signed up.
  2. Click Verify Email in the message.
  3. On the page that opens, click Go to Login.

The link expires after 24 hours. If it has expired, the page that opens shows a form where you can request a new one with Send verification link. If you try to sign in before verifying, Qubit sends the verification email to you again.

If you don't see the email after a few minutes, check your spam folder.

3. Sign in

  1. Enter your E-mail and Password.
  2. Click Login.
  3. If two-factor authentication is on for your account, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app and click Verify.

If your workspace requires two-factor authentication and you haven't set it up yet, Qubit asks you to set it up before you continue.

4. Your first workspace

The first time you sign in, Qubit creates a workspace for you. Organization accounts get a workspace named after the organization. If you joined through an invitation, you start in the workspace you were invited to.

If the workspace doesn't have an active plan yet, Qubit shows the plans page so you can choose one. Some plans offer a free trial. See Billing for details.

After that, you land on Home.
