Browsing dashboards
All dashboards in your current workspace are listed in one place. From there you can open, edit, or delete them.
The dashboards list
Click Dashboards in the sidebar. The list shows every dashboard in the workspace with its Name, Description, and Last Updated time.
- Use the search box to find a dashboard by name or description.
- Click a dashboard's name to open it.
- Click the menu at the end of a row for View, Edit, and Delete.
- To delete several dashboards at once, tick their checkboxes and click Delete in the bar that appears.
On a phone, the list shows each dashboard as a card. Tap a card to open it.
Viewing a dashboard
An open dashboard shows its name and description at the top. Next to them you will find:
- The date range button, which sets the time window for every widget.
- The filters button, shown when the dashboard has filters. It reads Open Filters, or the number of filters applied.
- The More actions menu, with Edit Dashboard, Refresh, the refresh schedule, Share, Embed, and Enter Fullscreen.
Applied filters also appear as a row under the header. Click Clear all there to remove them.
Widget actions
Hover over a widget to see its actions:
- Refresh now runs the widget's query again.
- Ask about this chart opens the Assistant with a question about the widget.
- Chart Filters opens filters that apply only to this widget. It appears only when the widget has its own filters.
- Fullscreen opens the widget on its own, in a larger view.
