What Location Intelligence does
Location Intelligence helps you decide where to open your next branch in Saudi Arabia. It ranks the districts of a city for your type of business, draws each site's catchment from real travel times on the road network, and estimates how much of a new branch's demand would come from the branches you already run.
What you can do
- Rank every district in a city for your business type, and set how much each criterion counts.
- Assess any point on the map. You get a score out of 100, the area customers can reach it from within your chosen travel time, and the share of its demand that would come from your own branches, from competitors, or from customers no store serves today.
- Add your branches and your competitors' branches, then see which of your branches share customers and by how much.
- Save candidate sites to a shortlist and compare up to four districts side by side.
- Export the district ranking to Excel.
Who can use it
Location Intelligence is part of the Infinity plan, and access follows the plan of the workspace you are in. Open it from the Location Intelligence card at the bottom of the main sidebar.
On other company plans, the card opens a preview page with a View plans button. On the Personal plan, the card does not appear. To change plans, see Billing and subscription.
How the workspace is laid out
Location Intelligence opens full screen, with a search box in the header and the map filling most of the page. A narrow bar on the left lists four sections (on a phone, the bar runs along the bottom of the screen):
- Find next: the ranking of districts for your next branch, the scan for unserved districts, and the scoring criteria.
- Network: your branches, how much they overlap, their peak hours, and an AI expansion strategy.
- Market: businesses of your type in the visible map area, and the competitor branches you saved.
- Shortlist: the sites you saved, each with the score it was assessed at.
The selected section appears in the work panel between the bar and the map. When you assess a site, the Site assessment opens in the same panel. Close it to return to the section you were in.
A first session
- Check the Business type at the top of the map. It decides which competitors and which demand the analysis uses. When your branches are already added, Location Intelligence sets it from them.
- Open Network and click Add your stores to add your branches.
- Open Find next to see the Expansion ranking of the districts around the centre of the map.
- Click a district in the ranking, pick a search result, or click any point on the map to open its Site assessment.
- Click Save this site to keep it in Shortlist.
