Snapchat Ads
Connect Snapchat Ads by signing in with Snapchat. Qubit syncs the campaigns and daily performance of every ad account your login can reach.
Before you start
- Use a Snapchat login that has access to the ad accounts you want in Qubit. Qubit syncs all of the ad accounts this login can reach, so there is no account to pick.
- Allow pop-ups for Qubit in your browser. Snapchat's sign-in opens in a new tab.
Connect Snapchat Ads
- Open Data Catalog from the sidebar, click Add Data, then choose Connect a database.
- On the New Data Source page, click Snapchat Ads. It is under Paid Marketing.
- Enter a Connection Name.
- Next to Snapchat Ads, click Connect. Sign in with Snapchat in the new tab and approve access for Qubit. The tab closes when you are done.
- Check the message that lists the accounts that will be synced.
- Set Start Date. Daily performance is synced from this date. It defaults to 30 days ago; earlier dates make the sync slower.
- Choose a Sync Schedule. The default is Daily.
- Click Create.
After you connect
Qubit starts the first sync and takes you to the Data Catalog. Ad platforms report performance one day at a time, so the first sync can take a while. If you open the connection before it finishes, you see First sync in progress, and the tables appear when the sync completes.
After a sync completes, Qubit also adds the daily spend, impressions, clicks, and conversions to a shared connection named Marketing Performance. It combines all your connected ad platforms so you can compare them side by side.
Troubleshooting
- If an ad account you expected is missing from the list, the Snapchat login has no access to it. Give the login access in Snapchat Ads Manager, then open the connection's menu, choose Edit, click Change account, and sign in again.
- If the sign-in tab closes before you finish, or your browser blocks it, allow pop-ups for Qubit and click Connect again.
