WooCommerce

Connect a WooCommerce store with a REST API key. Qubit syncs your products, orders, and customers on a schedule.

Before you start

Create a read-only REST API key in WooCommerce:

  1. In your WordPress admin, go to WooCommerce, then Settings, then Advanced, then REST API.
  2. Click Add key, give it a description, and set Permissions to Read.
  3. Copy the consumer key and consumer secret. WooCommerce shows the secret only once.

Your store must be reachable at a public https:// address.

Connect WooCommerce

  1. Open Data Catalog from the sidebar, click Add Data, then choose Connect a database.
  2. On the New Data Source page, click WooCommerce. It is under E-commerce & POS.
  3. Enter a Connection Name.
  4. Fill in the fields:
    • Store URL: your store's public address, for example https://shop.example.com.
    • Consumer key and Consumer secret: the key you created.
    • Sync data modified since: optional. Products and orders changed before this date are skipped. Customers are always synced in full. Leave it empty to sync everything.
  5. Choose a Sync Schedule. The default is Daily.
  6. Click Create.

Before saving, Qubit checks that the store URL is a public address. If it is not, the form shows "Store URL is not allowed". Use the public https:// address of your store.

After you connect

Qubit saves the connection, starts the first sync, and takes you to the Data Catalog. It confirms that the key works during that sync. To check it at any time, open the connection's menu and choose Test connection. If Last sync shows Failed, hover over it to see the reason.
