Daftra
Connect your Daftra (Daftara) account with an API key. Qubit imports your invoices, clients, products, and suppliers with read-only access.
Before you start
- In Daftra, open Settings, then API, then API Keys, and generate a key. Give it read access to all four resources: invoices, clients, products, and suppliers.
- Note your account subdomain. For
your-company.daftra.com, the subdomain isyour-company.
Connect Daftra
- Open Data Catalog from the sidebar, click Add Data, then choose Connect a database.
- On the New Data Source page, click Daftra (Daftara). It is under Accounting.
- Enter a Connection Name.
- Fill in the fields:
- Account subdomain: the subdomain only, without
https://or the domain. - Account domain:
daftra.comordaftara.com, whichever your account uses. Defaults todaftra.com. - API key: the key you generated.
- Account subdomain: the subdomain only, without
- Choose a Sync Schedule. The default is Daily.
- Click Create.
After you connect
Qubit checks that the subdomain and API key are in the right format, saves the connection, and starts the first sync. It confirms that the key works during that sync.
To check the connection at any time, open its menu in the Data Catalog and choose Test connection. If Last sync shows Failed, hover over it to see the reason. A key that is missing read access to one of the four resources causes the sync to fail.
